if there is a complaint regarding our service it will be checked and reviewed by our customer service department within 1 working day.

Complaints regarding the quality and presentation of the goods you receive will be forwarded to our head butcher for review and you will get an answer within 2 working days. 

Regrettable as our products are fugacious we are unable to accept the return of any product delivered to you. However, if the products you have ordered are not equal to your desired order we may in our absolute vigilance send you a Walworth voucher to reimburse for the items that did not meet your desired expectations.
